The Octagon Girl of UFC Arianny Celeste is the super cast of the men’s magazine Maxim US for its May 2010 issue. Arianny Celeste is one of those rare success stories, getting her start by appearing at a number of industry trade shows and conventions before landing a coveted role as an Octagon Girl for the UFC in 2006 after answering an open casting call. She also won the title of Las Vegas’ Top Model in 2009.
